YOU'RE IN EXTREMELY SAFE HANDS
When you instruct Premier Security 24/7 UK Ltd to perform your alarm response and key holding service, you can be rest assured you are in extremely safe hands. We champion key holding and alarm response services and are proud holders of the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) in Key-Holding and Manned Guarding.
It is vital that you make an informed decision when it comes to alarm response and key holding response times really matter. Whilst the British Standards do not actually stipulate a response time, as part of our ongoing commitment to our customers, upon receipt of the initial call a mobile response unit is dispatched and we aim to have a physical security presence on your premises within 30 minutes.
When a Premier Security 24/7 UK Ltd response officer attends your intruder or fire alarm activation, they will always follow the pre agreed site procedures, as each site has its own unique security needs. This procedure is pre agreed with you the customer. We dedicate a contract manager to you and have 24 hour contact with a manager should the need arise and also our 24 hour control room at your disposal.
QUALITY, RELIABILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
On arrival to your site our senior mobile response officers will always…
Do a full external patrol of the site or facility.
Enter the building and make note of the reading from the alarm panel.
The area indicated on the alarm panel will be fully patrolled internally to determine the reason for the activation.
Your alarm system will be re activated and the facility or site re-secured.
The officer will wait on site for a minimum of 5 minutes to ensure that the intruder system has armed in the correct way then vacate your site.
A full written report is then made by the senior officer who attended your alarm activation detailing what the alarm system said and all actions taken by Premier Security 24/7 UK Ltd.
The only time you or a member of your team would be requested to attend site is in the event of a break-in or fire. Our officer will not leave you or your team member alone on the site to ensure compatibility with lone worker protection.
Our alarm response officers are able to deal with any situation that presents its self when we attend site, and we always work on your behalf to ensure your site is secure.
